Well Exams


Well Exams are visits designed to determine if a person, with no apparent symptoms, may actually have some underlying condition that has not yet manifested itself. 

​At a well visit, certain tests, including labs, EKG, imaging, or other screening tests, may be obtained to ensure that your body is functioning normally. Any abnormalities found during testing will then be addressed. This enables patients to get a "head-start" on treatment.

The focus of a "well visit" is, indeed, prevention. Please note, most insurance plans put restrictions on what may be addressed during a "Well Visit". Some issues are considered as non-preventative and require a separate visit. Patients with health concerns that fall outside of normal preventative care are advised to schedule a separate visit to address chronic illness needs. The aim is to avoid services that insurance does not cover during a "well visit". To avoid this, patients are STRONGLY ADVISED to schedule a separate appointment for those health concerns that are not considered preventative.

Osteopathic Manipulation


​The human body is an interconnected system of nerves, muscles, bones, etc. Osteopathic Doctors, D.O.s, believe in treatment of the body as a whole. Their specialized training includes Osteopathic Manipulation Treatment, OMT. 

​While OMT is often used to treat muscle and joint pain, it is also very beneficial in diagnosing other illnesses and injuries. It can assist in the treatment for other conditions such as migraines and asthma.

School and Sports Physicals

We're happy to help you meet school, sports and employment physical requirements.

Department of Transportation Exams

We offer Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) physicals in compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration guidelines.

​As a quality service to our hard-working, over-the-road, drivers, we offer these physicals at a competitive rate.

Please note: There is a $75 charge for these exams.

Weight Management


​It is no secret that obesity can lead to many health problems. To avoid those problems, we offer a complete weight loss program. The comprehensive program addresses root causes for unwanted weight gain, how to combat it and guidelines to keep it off.

There will be a $160 charge for a new patient office visit or a $95 charge for an established office visit. ​


A $25 charge for the required EKG and an $80 charge for the required labs. ​


Any visit after the initial will be $95 charge.

Lab Services

​For convenience, we have a full-time, on-site, phlebotomist for blood draws. This permits access to comprehensive lab testing for screening and diagnostic evaluation. We work closely with both LabCorp and Quest labs.

After review by a provider, you will be notified by phone of your lab results. Additionally, these results will be published to your secure online patient portal.

Dermatology Treatment

​Irregularities of the skin can be a cause of concern for many patients. 

We offer:

  • Mole removals 
  • Lesion removal for tissue pathology diagnosis.
  • Wart removals for those suffering from plantar wars on the feet, or warts on the hands, etc.

Allergy Testing & Treatment

Airborne allergies are a common problem in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. To combat allergies, we offer onsite allergy services in both testing and treatment. The advantage of allergy immunotherapy - allergy shots - is that treatment is targeted at the root cause of allergy symptoms. Although a year or more of allergy shots is often required, the advantage is decreasing, or eliminating, the need for other allergy medications for years thereafter.

​​Scratch Testing is performed by applying an allergen, via small prick, or puncture, to the surface of the skin, typically the back or the forearm with a skin tester in groups of ten. Pending results, custom serum is mixed to start patients on a path of allergy symptom improvement. This testing takes about thirty minutes and tests reactivity to 50 allergens including a negative and positive control specific for, north Texas.
